Patrick McNamee

Patrick McNamee joined Powervation as vice president of operations in August 2008.
A 25-year industry veteran, Mr. McNamee spent more than 15 years in a variety of senior management positions in the fabless semiconductor sector. He joins Powervation from Cambridge Silicon Radio (CSR) where he served as vice president of product engineering. Prior to that he was a product engineering manager with Dialog Semiconductor and before that, he served as principal product engineer for GEC Plessey Semiconductor.
His prior experience also includes engineering positions with National Semiconductor. Mr. McNamee is a director and board member of the U.K.’s National Micro Electronic Institute. He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in electronics from Glasgow Caledonian University, and a postgraduate diploma in advanced manufacturing systems from Brunel University.
